  • Event tickets may be transferable to another person upon written request and approval

  • If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a future event

  • If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date

All transfer requests must be submitted via email prior to the event.

This policy is consistent with our official ticketing platform terms (including Humanitix).
